摘 要:终身教育作为新质人才培养和社会可持续发展的基石,其高质量发展与新质生产力之间存在着复杂关联:终身教育是战略性发展新质生产力的重要功能载体和关键驱动,而新质生产力是催生终身教育高质量发展的新动能和新优势。为此,新质生产力背景下终身教育高质量发展的方向突破,应以终身教育服务模式的根本性变革适应新质生产力的发展需求,以提升所有学习者的终身学习能力,紧密对接新质中坚人才培育,以优化调整服务结构构建契合新质生产关系的终身教育共同体,以终身教育服务体系的转型升级驱动新质生产力的可持续发展。其行动路径包括强化科技创新与终身教育的深度融合、完善人才培养机制、融通终身教育资源配置与服务供给、增强终身教育治理力度、健全制度保障等。As the cornerstone of talent cultivation and sustainable social development,there is a complex relationship between the high-quality development of lifelong education and new quality productivity.Lifelong education is an important functional carrier and key driver for the strategic development of new quality productivity,and new quality productivity is a new driving force and new advantage for the high-quality development of lifelong education.To this end,the direction and breakthroughs of high-quality development of lifelong education under the background of new quality productivity should be to adapt to the development needs of new quality productivity through fundamental changes in the lifelong education service model,to closely connect with the cultivation of new quality backbone talents by improving the lifelong learning ability of all learners,to build a lifelong education community that fits the new quality production relations by optimizing and adjusting the service structure,and to drive the sustainable development of new quality productivity by the transformation and upgrading of the lifelong education service system.The path optimization includes strengthening the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and lifelong education,refining the talent training mechanism,integrating the allocation of lifelong education resources and service supply,strengthening the governance of lifelong education,and improving institutional guarantees.
