摘  要:卓越教师评价标准对老年教育教师的专业能力提出了更高质量的要求。理解借鉴国内外卓越教师评价体系的构建逻辑,积极探索国内老年教育融合发展的创新路径,成为老年教育教师专业能力建设的重要方向。面对现阶段我国老年教育教师专业能力发展存在的制度建设、资源保障、培训体系、内生动力等方面的困境,需要从职业认知、专业知识、专业技能、科研发展等四个维度深度赋能。从国家、社会、学校、教师层面采取有效的措施,促进老年教育教师专业能力的全面提升,推动老年教育的高质量发展。With the continuous acceleration of China's aging process,elderly education has become an important way to actively respond to aging.In this context,the proposal of the evaluation criteria for outstanding teachers has put forward higher quality requirements for the professional competence of elderly education teachers.Deeply understanding the construction logic of the evaluation system for outstanding teachers at home and abroad,actively exploring innovative paths for integrated development with domestic elderly education,has become an important direction for us to study the professional capacity building of elderly education teachers.The development of professional competence for elderly education teachers in China requires deep empowerment from four dimensions:professional cognition,professional knowledge,professional skills,and scientific research development.At the same time,facing the challenges of institutional construction,resource guarantee,training system,and endogenous motivation in the professional development of elderly education teachers in China at the current stage,effective measures should be taken at the national,social,school,and teacher levels to promote the comprehensive improvement of professional competence of elderly education teachers and promote the high-quality development of elderly education.
