摘　　要：Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a significant cause of stroke and dementia.CSVD causes up to 30% of ischemic strokes and 80% of spontaneous intraparenchymal hemorrhages.[1]Compared with data from developed countries,Asian populations exhibit a heavier burden of strokes caused by CSVD.[2]The clinical manifestations of CSVD can vary.
