摘 要:现代教育事业不断发展,当代学生对知识的接受程度随教学方式的变化发生了极大改变,传统教学已不能满足其学习需求,甚至产生“厌学”现象。特别是中医类学生,其面临的现实问题包括实践动手能力较差、临床思维匮乏等。为解决这些问题,文章应用预查房模拟教学(预查房-查房-讨论)模式,以提高中医内科临床实践教学质量,让学生在为专业医疗职业生涯做准备时,能够进行培养批判性思维、解决问题的能力及沟通和协作能力的学习行为。With the development of modern education,students’acceptance of knowledge along with the way of teaching has pro-duced great changes,and in the modern traditional teaching has been unable to meet the needs of students,even produce“weariness of learning”phenomenon,especially students of traditional Chinese medicine,facing the current practical problems,practical ability is poor,lack of clinical thinking.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposed the model of simulation teaching of pre-ward round(pre-ward round-ward round-discussion)to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,so that students can learn critical thinking,problem solving,communication and collaboration skills when prepar-ing for professional medical career.
