产教融合背景下地方应用型本科院校食品专业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：产教融合是倒逼地方应用型本科院校服务新疆发展战略和社会发展大局的重要抓手。目前,新疆地方应用型本科院校食品专业人才培养面临着人才培养与地方食品产业转型要求不匹配、校企缺乏有效深度合作的现实问题。该文为积极响应创新型新疆建设的战略需要,提出政校企联动推进、专业建设发展规划、人才培养模式改革、师资队伍建设、特色思政案例建设、产教联盟和创新平台建设、赛创融合等对策和建议,为同类高校食品专业产教融合人才培养模式改革提供参考。The integration of industry and education is an important starting point to force local applicationoriented undergraduate colleges to serve the development strategy and social development of Xinjiang.At present,the cultivation of food professionals in Xinjiang local application-oriented undergraduate colleges has facing practical problems,including the mismatch between talent cultivation and the transformation requirements of local food industry,and the lack of effective and deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.In order to respond positively to the strategic needs of the construction of innovative Xinjiang,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as promotion of government-school-enterprise linkage,planning of professional construction and development,reform of talent training mode,construction of teaching staff,construction of characteristic ideological and political cases,construction of industry-education alliance and innovation platform,and integration of competition and innovation,so as to provide reference for the reform of industry-education integration talent training mode of major in food in colleges of the same kind.
