摘  要:青少年心理健康教育工作不仅是实现教育强国和健康中国目标的关键,而且已经成为党中央、广大人民群众以及社会各界共同关心和关注的热点话题。自党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视并深切关怀青少年的心理健康和成长发展,心理健康教育工作得到高度重视、教育体系逐步健全、监测预警更加完善、服务保障有效提升。但是,面临数字化时代和家庭结构变化等新挑战,青少年心理健康问题依然突出。建议全面提升父母的教育素养,切实提高家庭教育的水平;坚持“五育并举”促进青少年心理健康;提升青少年心理健康教育专业化水平;构建一体化青少年心理健康教育体系;构建科学规范的心理健康监测、评价和干预体系。Mental health education for adolescents is essential for achieving the goals of building a country with strong education and a healthy China,and it has also become a critical focus for theCPCCentral Committee,the general public,and society as a whole.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee,under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping,has attached a high degree of importance to and expressed deep concern for the mental health and growth of adolescents,and has given great emphasis to mental health education,gradually improved the education system,enhanced monitoring and early warning,and effectively upgraded service support.However,in the face of new challenges such as the digital age and changes in family structure,adolescent mental health issues remain prominent.To address these challenges,the following recommendations are proposed:comprehensively improving the educational literacy of parents and effectively improving the level of family education;adhering to the principle of“Five Education”to promote adolescent mental health;enhancing the professional level of adolescent mental health education;establishing an integrated adolescent mental health education system;and establishing a scientific and standardized mental health monitoring,evaluation and intervention system.
