摘 要:教育强国建设背景下,首都普通高中教育在学龄人口、集团化办学、优质资源辐射、校长教师队伍、课程教学、考试评价、特色发展、创新人才培养、学校管理等方面均发生了新的变化。调研发现,部分区域普通高中学校学位供给不足,集团内各校共同高质量发展面临诸多挑战,教师的职业倦怠和情绪耗竭亟待关注,“双新”改革还需深化,特色发展协同不够,缺乏创新型的师资队伍,制约了创新人才的培养。基于研究,提出如下政策建议:优化高中布局,扩大学位供给;规范集团办学,完善运行机制;强化校长培训,破解教师倦怠;多方支持课改,深化考试评价;出台发展举措,促进优质特色;研制指导意见,培养创新人才。In the context of building a a strong educational nation,general high school education in the capital has undergone new changes in the aspects of school-age population,group school-running,high-quality resource radiation,principals and teachers,curriculum teaching,examination evaluation,characteristic development,innovative talent training,school management,etc.The survey found that the supply of degrees in ordinary high schools in some regions is insuffcient,and the common high-quality development of schools in the group is facing many challenges.Teachers'professional burnout and emotional exhaustion need urgent attention.The"double new"reform still needs to be deepened,the coordination of characteristic development is not enough,and the lack of innovative teachers has become the primary system for the training of innovative talents.The following policy suggestions are put forward based on the research:optimize the layout of high schools and expand the supply of degrees;standardize group schools and improve the operation mechanism;strengthen principal training and solve the problem of teacher burnout;support curriculum reform and deepen examination evaluation;introduce development measures to foster high-quality and distinctive development;develop guidance and cultivate innovativetalents.
