摘  要:为了提高放射科住院医师的岗位胜任力,广州医科大学附属第二医院放射科专业基地设置知识输入和输出的教学实践。在知识输入环节开展理论课程、疑难病例分析和报告质量分析培训,在增加住院医师专业知识储备的同时,提高住院医师的岗位胜任力。在知识输出环节中开展“以赛促学”的科内小竞赛,早间读片会、翻转课堂的临床小讲课、文献汇报等多方位培养住院医师的自主学习能力和临床诊断能力、科研能力,提高住院医师的学习热情。该文就放射科住院医师规范化培训中输入和输出培训的实践创新模式进行总结分析,为其他住培基地及专业基地提供参考。In order to improve the post competence of the residents,the Department of Radiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University set up the training links of knowledge input and output.The training of theoretical courses,difficult case analysis and report quality analysis in the knowledge input link can increase the residents'professional knowledge reserve and post competence.In the knowledge output link to carry out the"Match to promote learning"of small competitions within the department,the morning film reading meeting,the lecture and the literature report can cultivate the residents'ability of self-study,clinical diagnosis and scientific research,and improve their learning enthusiasm.This article summarized and analyzed the practice and innovation mode of input and output training in standardized residency training of department of radiologys,and provided reference for other residents training bases and professional bases.
