摘　　要：目的探讨实时反馈系统应用于中医医师规范化培训(简称中医规培)的心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)培训及考核中的作用。方法选择山西省中医院参加规培的2020级中医医师100人,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50人。观察组采用带有实时反馈系统的高级自动心肺复苏模拟人,对照组采用传统模拟人开展培训。通过在高级自动心肺复苏模拟人上考核,比较两组培训前后心肺复苏的成绩、按压部位正确率、胸廓回弹正确率、按压深度正确率、按压速率和人工呼吸正确率;对指导医师和在培中医医师进行评估反馈和满意度调查。结果培训后两组在培中医医师各项考核指标均较培训前提高(均P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(均P<0.05);调查结果显示,指导医师和在培中医医师一致认为观察组更容易发现心肺复苏操作中存在的问题,如胸廓充分回弹、调整按压深度、按压速率和保持有效通气;观察组对教学及考核方法的满意度更高(P<0.01)。结论通过实时反馈系统进行心肺复苏培训和考核,可提供精准化指导,显著提高CPR成绩。Objective To explore the role of real-time feedback system in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training and assessment of Traditional Chinese Medicine residents.Methods A total of 100 Traditional Chinese Medicine residents of Grade 2020 participating in residency training from Shanxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group(50 in each group).The observation group used the advanced automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulator with a real-time feedback system,and the control group used the traditional simulator.The results of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,correct rate of compression position,correct rate of thoracic rebound,correct rate of compression depth,correct rate of compression rate and correct rate of artificial respiration of the two groups before and after training were compared on the advanced automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulator.Evaluation feedback and satisfaction survey were conducted for supervising physicians and residents.Results After training,the assessment indexes of residents in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before training(all P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(all P<0.05).The survey results showed that the supervising physicians and residents agreed that the observation group was more likely to find problems in the operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,such as adequate chest rebound,adjustment of compression depth,compression rate and maintenance of effective ventilation.The observation group had higher satisfaction with teaching and assessment methods(P<0.05).Conclusion The real-time feedback system for cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and assessment can provide precise guidance and significantly improve CPR performance.
