摘 要:目的评价案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合情境模拟教学法在中医医师规范化培训中提升针灸临床技能的教学效果。方法将60名在培中医医师随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30人。观察组采用CBL与情境模拟教学相结合的方法,对照组采用传统教学法。两组教学成果采取出科成绩考核和问卷调查2种方式进行评价。结果出科考核成绩显示,在基础理论知识评分和操作技能评分上,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,观察组90%认为CBL结合情境模拟教学法很有意义,更能提升针灸实践、自主学习、临床思维、病案分析、医患沟通、组织协调、临床创新等方面的能力。结论CBL结合情境模拟教学法教学效果明显,可有效提升在培中医医师的针灸临床技能。Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of CBL combined with scene simulation teaching method in improving the clinical skills of acupuncture in the standardized training of TCM residents.Methods A total of 60 TCM physicians were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 participants in each group.The observation group adopted CBL combined with scene simulation teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The teaching results of the two groups were evaluated by means of examination and questionnaire survey.Results The examination results showed that the scores of basic theoretical knowledge and operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 90% of the residents in the observation group thought that CBL combined with scene simulation teaching method was very meaningful,which could improve the ability of acupuncture practice,autonomous learning,clinical thinking,medical record analysis,doctor-patient communication,organization and coordination,clinical innovation and so on.Conclusion The teaching effect of CBL combined with scene simulation teaching method is obvious,which can effectively improve the clinical skills of acupuncture in the standardized training of residents of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
