摘 要:在能源行业快速升级转型背景下,石油行业高标准的作业及安全要求限制了石油工程专业学生现场实践,自动化的装备及复杂的施工工艺使得校内不易开展实践教学,擅长于基础研究但无现场工作经历的指导教师不利于引领学生实践,最终导致学生弱于实践能力,且存在越来越弱的趋势,难以支撑行业的快速转型升级。针对此问题,创新性的构建了“6+1”实践教学模式,打造了校内校外“实+虚”结合实践教学平台,建立了“三驱联动,四位一体”实践模式运行保障机制,形成了系统的实践教学体系,提高了学生解决实际石油工程现场复杂问题的能力,提高了学校石油工程专业人才培养水平。Against the backdrop of rapid transformation and upgrading in the energy industry,the high standards of operations and safety requirements in the petroleum industry have limited on-site practice for students majoring in petroleum engineering.Automated equipment and complex construction processes make it difficult to carry out practice on campus,and guidance teachers are good at basic research but have no on-site work experience,they are not conducive to leading students in practice.Ultimately,this leads to students being weaker in practice.so that they are difficult to support the rapid transformation and upgrading of the industry.This problem is becoming increasingly prominent.In response to this,an innovative“6+1”practical teaching model was constructed,it creates a“real+virtual”combined practical education platform,students can use it both inside and outside the school.The platform establishes a“three driving linkage,four in one”practical mode operation guarantee mechanism,and forms a systematic practical teaching system,which improves students’ability to solve complex problems in actual petroleum engineering sites,and enhances the level of talent cultivation in petroleum engineering majors at the university.
