摘 要:分析了“新工科”背景下实验教学队伍存在的问题,包括组成结构不合理、培训体系不健全、缺乏科研团队支撑等,并研究了队伍建设路径。详细介绍了“引、育、用、提、护”的实验教师全过程培养方案,强调在人员遴选、入职培训以及稳健成长期、成熟突破期、传帮带过渡期等阶段要引对人、育好人、用好人、提拔人、护好人,并提出了相应的保障举措。还提出实验教师队伍“专业、科研、素质”全方位建设方案,详细介绍了提高实验教师专业综合能力、科教融合能力及加强师德教育、培养良好职业道德素质方面的具体做法。The paper analyzes the problems existing in the experimental teaching team under the background of“New Engineering”,including unreasonable teacher composition structure,incomplete training system,lack of research team support,and studies the path of team construction.The paper provides a detailed introduction to the entire process training plan including“introduction,education,utilization,improvement,and protection”,emphasizes the corresponding security measures taken during different periods such as personnel selection,onboarding,growth,maturity,and transition.A comprehensive construction plan for the“profession,scientific research,quality”of the experimental teacher team is also proposed,and specific measures are introduced in detail to improve the comprehensive professional ability and integration of science and education of experimental teachers,strengthen teacher ethics education,and cultivate good professional qualities of experimental teachers.
