摘　　要：当前,高等职业教育已成为推动经济社会发展和产业升级的重要力量。文章深入剖析CIPP模式各评价环节与高职人才培养质量评价的适配性,构建基于CIPP的人才培养质量评价指标体系,并提出一系列针对性强的人才培养质量提升策略,旨在为高等职业教育的持续发展与质量提升提供全面且深入的理论支撑与实践指导,以更好地适应社会经济发展需求,为产业升级输送高素质技术技能人才。Currently,higher vocational education has become a significant force driving economic and social devel⁃opment as well as industrial upgrading.This paper analyzes the compatibility between the various evaluation stages of the CIPP(Context,Input,Process,Product)model and the quality evaluation of talent cultivation in higher vo⁃cational education.It constructs a talent cultivation quality evaluation indicator system based on the CIPP model and proposes a series of targeted strategies for improving the quality of talent cultivation.The goal is to provide comprehensive and in-depth theoretical support and practical guidance for the continuous development and quality enhancement of higher vocational education,to better meet the demands of socio-economic development,and to supply high-quality technical and skilled personnel for industrial upgrading.
