摘  要:高校校史资源以高校发展轨迹为脉络,是高校在演进变迁中物质资源和精神资源的积淀,是高校不可多得的思想政治教育资源。校史资源具有丰富思政载体、增进情感认同、塑造理想人格等思想政治教育价值。在三全育人的时代背景下,激活校史资源在思想政治教育中的育人价值,通过强意识实现校史资源赋能高校思想政治教育全员融入,建机制实现校史资源赋能高校思想政治教育全过程贯通,创载体实现校史资源赋能高校思想政治教育全方位融通,丰富高校思政资源和话语表达形式,提高高校立德树人的实效性。University history resources,following the development trajectory of institutions of higher learning,repre⁃sent the accumulation of material and spiritual resources accumulated over time.They constitute invaluable re⁃sources for ideological and political education in universities.These resources possess the value of enriching ideo⁃logical and political education carriers,enhancing emotional identification,and shaping ideal personalities.In the context of"holistic education for all",activating the educational value of university history resources in ideological and political education can be achieved by strengthening awareness to fully integrate university history resources into ideological and political education across the university,establishing mechanisms to ensure their consistent applica⁃tion throughout the process of ideological and political education,and creating new carriers to facilitate the compre⁃hensive integration of university history resources in ideological and political education.This approach enriches the resources and expression forms of ideological and political education in universities,thereby enhancing the effec⁃tiveness of fostering virtue through education.
