摘  要:目的了解市售婴幼儿食品中高氯酸盐的含量。方法于2018年7月—2020年1月,从深圳市采集42种婴儿配方奶粉、21种较大婴儿配方奶粉以及38种营养米粉,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测高氯酸盐的含量。结果101件婴幼儿食品样品检出率为98.0%,浓度范围为未检出~31.2μg/kg,中位数为6.69μg/kg。不同婴幼儿食品样品中高氯酸盐的中位数浓度从高到低依次为较大婴儿配方奶粉>营养米粉>婴儿配方奶粉。通过计算高氯酸盐的暴露情况,发现不同年龄段婴儿摄入婴幼儿食品的HQ值均小于1。结论深圳市市售婴儿配方奶粉及乳制品中高氯酸盐普遍存在;但婴幼儿通过摄入婴幼儿食品中高氯酸盐的含量不存在潜在的健康风险。Objective To understand the concentrations of perchlorate in infant food collected in the markets in Shenzhen,China.Methods From July 2018 to January 2020,42 kinds of infant formula powder,21 kinds of formula milk powder for older babies and 38 kinds of nutritious rice powder were collected from the supermarkets in Shenzhen City.The contents of perchlorate in these dairy products was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Results The detection rate of perchlorate in 101 infant food samples was 98.0%,the concentration ranged ND-31.2μg/kg,and the median was 6.69μg/kg.The median concentration of perchlorate in different infant food samples from high to low was older infant formula>nutritious rice powder>infant formula.By calculating the exposure of perchlorate,the HQ value of infant ingestion of infant food at different ages was less than 1.Conclusion Perchlorate is widely presented in infant formula milk powder and dairy products sold in Shenzhen.There is no potential health risk for infants and older babies from ingesting perchlorate in infant food in the present investigation.
