摘 要:我国中小学教研不断强化教学研究、教学指导、教学管理等功能价值与职业取向,却某种程度上忽略甚至缺失了以师为本、共生同创的生活价值与人本取向。教研的意义,首先在于“研究改进教学工作”,重心在于以普通教师为主要参与者的校本教研,根本在于激发和促进教师内生性的成长与发展。由此,明确中小学教研转型的应然之举:首先,建立“教研共进、强师促学”的基本理念,做到教学与研究的共生同在、并重互促;其次,建立“5+1+N”的交互结构,促进教师为本的主体性行动,实现互利、相助和多赢。进而促成教师内生性发展的三个进阶,系统赋权激发教师专业发展的主动性,生活赋值增强教师教育教学的获得感,专业赋能提升教师教研实践的自驱力,从而真正实现教师的内生性发展。China's primary and secondary school teaching and research continuously strengthens the functional value and professional orientation of teaching research,teaching guidance,and teaching management,but to some extent neglects or even lacks the life value and humanistic orientation of teacher centered and symbiotic creation.The significance of teaching research lies first and foremost in"researching and improving teaching work",with a focus on school-based teaching research with ordinary teachers as the main participants,and fundamentally in stimulating and promoting the endogenous growth and development of teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the necessary measures for the transformation of teaching and research in primary and secondary schools:firstly,establish the basic concept of"teaching and research advancing together,strengthening teachers and promoting learning",and achieve the coexistence and mutual promotion of teaching and research;Secondly,establish a"5+1+N"interactive structure to promote teacher centered subjectivity and achieve mutual benefit,assistance,and win-win outcomes.Furthermore,it promotes three advancements in the endogenous development of teachers:system empowerment stimulates teachers'initiative in professional development,life assignment enhances teachers'sense of achievement in education and teaching,and professional empowerment enhances teachers'self drive in teaching and research practice,thus truly achieving teachers'endogenous development.
