全健康理念融入人体寄生虫学教学的实践和反思

摘  要:全健康理念强调人类、动物和环境健康之间的密切联系,提倡从整体视角出发解决复杂健康问题,在应对重大公共卫生风险中显示出巨大优势。近年来,全健康理念逐步推广,推动了健康中国建设等相关政策的制定和实施,也促进了医学教育中全球健康理念的培养。文章探讨如何将全健康理念深度融入人体寄生虫学教学内容中的吸虫和原虫部分,通过重构教学内容和课程设计,逐步推进全健康在人体寄生虫学的教学实践,使学生由浅及深地建立以人类健康、动物健康与环境健康为核心的大健康宏观理念,培养全健康理念下具有交叉学科知识的新时代医学人才。“One Health”concept emphasizes the close interconnection between humans,animals,plants,and their shared environment.This approach advocates a holistic perspective to address complex health issues,and it has shown significant advantages in dealing with major public health risks such as COVID-19 pandemic.In recent years,the promotion of“One Health”concept has driven the formulation and implementation of policies related to Healthy China initiative and contributed to the cultivation of global health concepts in medical education.This paper discusses how to integrate“One Health”concept into the teaching of trematodes and protozoa and suggests the reconstruction of teaching content and course design for the introduction of“One Health”concept in the course of human parasitology.This approach enables the students to establish a macro concept of health step by step and become medical talents with interdisciplinary knowledge.
