摘 要:教师教育从数量扩张向质量提升转变,从弱标准向标准化转变,从知识型教师培养向素养型教师培养转变,从人机分离培养方式向人机协同培养方式转变,从提供基本教育服务向提供高质量教育服务转变,这为中国式现代化背景下教师教育体系升维提供了广阔背景。中国式现代化背景下教师教育体系的升维,是目标、内容、模式方法、技术手段与体制机制的全要素变革。在中国式现代化背景下,要实现教师教育体系升维,应系统谋划,布局全方位教师教育新体系;应提升教师教育层次,开拓教师教育服务新领域;应遵循教师成长规律,形成协同育人新路径;应顺应教师教育高质量、综合化趋势,促进教师素养新提升;应弘扬教师教育传统,应对时代变迁提出的新问题、新挑战。The transformation of teacher education in China from quantity expansion to quality improvement,from weak standards to standardization,from knowledge-based teacher training to competency-based teacher training,from human-machine separated training methods to human-machine collaborative training methods,and from providing basic educational services to delivering high-quality educational services,provides a broad background for the elevation of the teacher education system under the backdrop of Chinese-style modernization.The elevation of the teacher education system under the backdrop of Chinese-style modernization involves a comprehensive transformation of goals,content,modes,methods,techniques,and institutional mechanisms.To achieve the elevation of the teacher education system in the context of Chinese-style modernization,it is necessary to achieve the following aspects:systematic planning encompassing the comprehensive development of a new system for teacher education;the enhancement of the levels of teacher education to explore new fields of teacher education services;adherence to the laws of teacher growth to establish new paths for collaborative nurturing;alignment with the trends of high-quality and comprehensive teacher education to promote the enhancement of teacher competencies;promotion of traditional teacher education values;and addressing new issues and challenges posed by the era of digital intelligence.
