司显柱的翻译质量评估模式应用研究——以《哀希腊》为例

摘　　要：文章运用司显柱所建构的翻译评估模式对查良铮的《哀希腊》译本进行质量评估。首先从语场、语旨和语式分析了原诗的语域以及韵律,再从及物性系统、语气和情态系统层面对译本中的概念与人际意义偏离进行分析和统计,最后对译本的翻译质量进行总体评估。研究结果显示,查良铮的译本整体上与原文相对应,译本中大部分的偏离都属于“+偏离”,很好再现了原文的语义与风格。文章不仅为《哀希腊》的汉译本研究提供了新的视角,也在一定程度上验证了该模式在诗歌英汉翻译研究方面的可行性。Based on Si Xianzhu's translation quality assessment model,this study assesses the translation quality of Zha Liangzheng's Chinese version of The Isles of Greece.The paper first analyzes the register and rhyme of The Isles of Greece in terms of field,tenor,and mode,and then analyzes and the ideational and interpersonal deviation of the translated version and counts the number.Finally,the overall assessment of translation quality is presented.The results of this study show that Zha's Chinese version is almost equivalent to the poem,and most of the ideational and interpersonal deviation belongs to positive deviation,reproducing the meaning and style of the original text.This paper not only provides a new perspective to assess the Chinese version of The Isles of Greece,and also verifies the feasibility of the model in English-Chinese poetry translation.
