摘  要:教学学术是教师为“教”与“学”的问题而开展的学习、探究与实验,对研究结果总结后再公开并进行同行评议,目的是保障教学质量。文章从教学学术理念和发展历程出发,总结教学学术实施面临的问题及挑战,结合博耶等人的观点,深入探讨教学学术的发展变化规律,提出教学学术实施的保障手段:打破教学是非学术活动的传统观念,推动教学研究与科研深度融合;区分“教学学术”与其他混淆概念,不过度依赖同行评议;重视教师教学学术成果,加入职称评定参考指标。The scholarship of teaching is the learning,exploration,and experimentation carried out by teachers for the purpose of“teaching”and“learning”.The results of the research are summarized before being made public and peer-reviewed to ensure the quality of teaching.Starting from the concept and development process of teaching scholarship,this article summarizes the problems and challenges faced in the implementation of the scholarship of teaching.Combining the Boyer’s views,it deeply explores the laws of development and changes of teaching scholarship,and proposes guarantee measures for the implementation of teaching scholarship:breaking the traditional concept that teaching is a non-academic activity,promoting the deep integration of teaching research and scientific research;distinguishing between“the scholarship of teaching”and other confusing concepts,without overly relying on peer review;emphasizing the academic achievements of teachers’teaching and incorporate them into reference indicators for professional title evaluation.
