综合性高校新工科建设的现实审视和实践策略

摘　　要：随着新工科建设进入再深化的新阶段,工程教育发展迎来前所未有的机遇。与工科优势高校和行业特色型高校相比,综合性高校新工科建设面临更加现实的困难,包括现代工程教育理念相对弱化、先天工程教育基础相对薄弱、后天工程教育资源相对匮乏、基础工程教育人才培养相对滞后等等。综合性高校加快新工科建设,对于打造一流专业、学科和高校都具有现实意义。对此,文章创新性提出强化新工科基本内涵认识,加强新工科建设的时代感;发挥多学科交叉融合优势,凸显新工科建设的特色性;推动学科间资源分配优化,确保新工科建设的发展力;优化工科人才培养的环境,实现新工科建设的协同化等实践策略,以期为综合性高校新工科建设提供有益借鉴。With the construction of new engineering entering a new stage of further deepening,the de-velopment of engineering education has ushered in unprecedented opportunities.Compared with uni-versities with engineering advantages and universities with industry features,the construction of new engineering in comprehensive universities is faced with more realistic difficulties,including the rela-tively weak concept of modern engineering education,the relatively weak foundation of innate engi-neering education,the relatively insufficient resources of acquired engineering education,and the rela-tively backward training of basic engineering education talents.To speed up the construction of new engineering in comprehensive universities is of practical significance for building first-class majors,disciplines and universities.In this regard,the article creatively proposes practical strategies,inclu-ding strengthening the understanding of the basic connotation of new engineering and enhancing the sense of the times of new engineering construction,giving full play to the advantages of interdiscipli-nary integration and highlighting the characteristics of new engineering construction,promoting the optimization of resource allocation among disciplines and ensuring the development of new engineering construction,as well as optimizing the environment of engineering personnel training and realizing the synergy of new engineering construction,so as to provide useful reference for the construction of new engineering in comprehensive universities.
