摘  要:“以学定教”作为一种强调学生主体地位,倡导学生个性化学习的教学理念,在英语教学中逐渐展现出了独特的意义和价值,能极大提高学生的学习兴趣,使学生在轻松愉悦的氛围中掌握语言知识与技能。教师应在英语教学中充分利用分层教学、翻转课堂、情境教学、互动小组以及丰富的教学内容,结合形成性评价与表现性评价,建立家校沟通机制,给学生构建一个高效、互动、包容的学习环境,促进学生英语素养的提高。"Teaching based on learning"is a teaching philosophy that emphasizes the student-centered position and advocates personalized learning for students.It has gradually demonstrated unique significance and value in English teaching,which can greatly enhance students'interest in learning and enable them to master language knowledge and skills in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.Teachers should make full use of layered teaching,flipped classroom,situational teaching,interactive groups,and rich teaching content in English teaching,combined with formative evaluation and performance evaluation,establish a communication mechanism between home and school,and create an efficient,interactive,and inclusive learning environment for students,promoting the improvement of students'English literacy.
