摘  要:师范生教师职业能力是师范生从事教师职业应具备的践行师德能力、教学实践能力、综合育人能力和自主发展能力。通过调查发现,汉语言文学专业师范生培养过程中存在理想信念和实践不够统一、教学能力不强、综合育人水平不高和自主发展基础不扎实等问题。在高校师范类专业认证背景下,要基于“学生产出”观念,在专业课程建设上突出思想政治建设,实现课堂与实训同步化、一体化,将教书与育人相统一,加强教育教学创新研究,从而全面提升其教师职业能力。The professional competence of teacher candidates refers to the ability to practice teacher ethics,teaching practice,comprehensive education,and self-development that teacher candidates should possess when en⁃gaging in the teaching profession.Through investigation,it was found that there are problems in the training process of Chinese language and literature majors,such as the lack of unity between ideals and practice,weak teaching abili⁃ty,low comprehensive education level,and insufficient foundation for independent development.In the context of certification for teacher education majors in universities,based on the concept of“student output”,ideological and political construction should be emphasized in the construction of professional courses,and the synchronization and integration of classroom and practical training should be achieved.Teaching and nurturing should be unified,and in⁃novative research in education and teaching should be strengthened to comprehensively enhance the professional abilities of teachers.
