场域理论视阈下中小学家长教育焦虑的生成与纾解

摘  要:家长教育焦虑是个体与社会的共同挑战,表现为对教育环境的不安、对自身教育能力的担忧及对子女教育的过高期待。从布迪厄的场域理论看,功利主义观念、教育资源不均及家校责任异化是其根源。教育场域是家庭、学校、社会相互交织的复杂系统,缓解家长教育焦虑是构建全面育人生态的关键,需要家长调整观念、提升能力,学校强化协作、营造积极氛围,社会正向引导、促进教育均衡,多方协同努力以纾解家长教育焦虑。Parents’educational anxiety is an issue that bothers individuals and the public.It is manifested in parents’doubts about the educational environment,worries about self-competence,and high educational expectations for their children.From the analysis of Bourdieu’s field theory,we can get a glimpse of its generation logic:the utilitarian atmosphere leads parents to value intelligence over morality,the uneven distribution of educational resources causes parents to compete for power and profit for their children,and the alienation of home-school responsibility causes parents to slack off.The educational field is a complex of interaction and interconnection among family,school and society.Relieving parents’educational anxiety is an important measure to establish the educational ecology of moral education.Therefore,it is necessary for parents to change their ideas and improve their ability.Schools should strengthen cooperation,create a positive educational atmosphere and the society should guide public opinion positively,promote the balanced development of education,and work together to relieve or even bridge parents’educational anxiety.
