摘　　要：在职业教育领域,数字赋能是构建高层次人才培养体系、实现职业教育高质量发展的必由之路。为了更好地凸显高层次人才在高职教育中的作用,推动高层次人才队伍的建设,应当科学规划高层次人才引进与培养方案、完善数字化考核绩效管理制度、利用数字化技术赋能产教融合,提升高层次人才的产教融合实践能力。In the field of vocational education,digital empowerment is the only way to build a highlevel talent training system and realize the high-quality development of vocational education.In order to better highlight the role of high-level talents in higher vocational education,promote the construction of high-level talent team,grasp the present situation of high-level talent team construction in higher vocational colleges,analyze the problems existing in the construction of high-level talent team,put forward a series of strategies to enhance the information level of higher vocational colleges and competitiveness,promote the high quality development of vocational education.
