摘 要:本文以吉林省城乡小学科学教师配置为研究对象,构建了测量指标体系,编制了调查问卷,对82所城乡小学开展调研,发现:城乡小学科学教师数量差异显著,乡村小学科学教师缺口亟须补足;城乡小学科学教师结构差异显著,乡村小学科学教师的职称结构、学历结构和专业背景结构亟须优化;城乡小学科学教师学科知识水平差异显著,乡村小学科学教师学科知识水平亟须提高。针对上述现象提出了改进措施。This article takes the allocation of science teachers in urban and rural primary schools in Jilin Province as the research object,constructs a measurement index system,develops a survey questionnaire,and conducts research on 82 urban and rural primary schools.It is found that there is a significant difference in the number of science teachers between urban and rural primary schools,and the shortage of science teachers in rural primary schools urgently needs to be filled;there is a significant difference in the structure of science teachers between urban and rural primary schools,and the professional title structure,educational background structure,and professional background structure of science teachers in rural primary schools urgently need to be optimized;there is a significant difference in the subject knowledge level of science teachers between urban and rural primary schools,and there is an urgent need to improve the subject knowledge level of science teachers in rural primary schools.Based on these findings,corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
