摘　　要：“岗课赛证”融通是一种职业教育综合育人的理念,将课程内容与就业岗位职业能力要求、职业技能竞赛和职业资格证书考试相结合,有助于培养学生的综合素养和能力。课程标准是对某门具体课程的目标、内容、组织教材与实时要求等要素的规定,本文在“岗课赛证”融通视域下,对高职“房地产营销策划”课程标准修订进行研究,对课程性质进行定位,确定课程教学目标、教学内容以及考核方式,为高职房地产经营与管理专业的其他课程标准修订提供借鉴与参考。"Job Class Certificate Competition"is a comprehensive educational concept of vocational education,combining the course content with the requirements of employment positions,vocational skills competition and Combining the professional qualification certificate examination will help cultivate students'comprehensive literacy and ability.The curriculum standards are the goals,content,organizational textbooks and practices of a specific course Regulations on the requirements and other elements.This article studies the revision of the curriculum standards for"real estate marketing planning"in higher vocational colleges and universities under the perspective of"job class competition and certificate competition",and conducts research on the nature of the course Positioning,determine the curriculum teaching objectives,teaching content and assessment methods,and provide reference and revision for the revision of other curriculum standards for real estate management and management majors in higher vocational colleges and universities refer to.
