校企合作中计算机专业实习课程教学模式研究

摘　　要：对当前校企合作中实习类课程组织方式存在的不足进行分析,针对计算机专业学生实习过程中的校企合作提出新的合作模式,从学生培养和企业的角度分别探讨如何实现合作共赢,实习可以帮助学生提高工程实践能力和就业竞争力,从而快速胜任相关的工作岗位,企业也可以通过与高校的多种合作模式获利。对实习过程中的具体实施方法展开讨论,在研究与实践过程中总结出具有一定普适性的方法,有助于各高校在安排实习课程时选择更适合的模式,达成教学目标。Analyze the shortcomings of the current organization of internship courses in school-enterprise cooperation,propose a new cooperation models for computer major students during their internship process,and explore how to achieve win-win cooperation from the perspectives of student training and enterprises.Internship can help students improve their engineering practice ability and employment competitiveness,and quickly adapt to relevant job positions.Enterprises can also profit from various cooperation models with universities.Discussing the specific implementation methods during the internship process and summarizing methods with certain universality in research and practice can help universities choose more suitable modes when arranging internship courses and achieve teaching objectives.
