摘　　要：目的分析在校学生干部寻求校园心理咨询意愿,明确其对求助校园心理咨询的促进及障碍因素。方法基于文献查阅与研究目的制订访谈提纲,于2022年3月至5月选取14名重庆市某高校护理学专业在校学生干部为研究对象,通过半结构式访谈进行资料收集,采取Colaizzi 7步法进行资料分析。结果共提炼2个主题,分别为促进因素(心理问题严重性感知、校园心理咨询求助意识、求助获益体验)、障碍因素(心理健康知识缺乏、校园心理咨询信任度欠佳、心理咨询预约限制、远程服务的期待)。结论在校学生干部心理健康知识水平较低、心理问题感知能力不足、缺乏对心理咨询师信任等影响其求助校园心理咨询的意愿,学生干部期待开展不同模式的咨询服务。未来校园心理咨询室应进一步加强学生心理健康知识宣传教育,提升学生心理问题严重性的感知能力,开展多模式的心理咨询服务,及时有效解决学生心理健康问题,更好地促进高校学生心理健康发展。Objective To explore the willingness of student cadres to seek campus psychological counseling and clarify the facilitators and barriers factors of seeking campus psychological counseling.Methods An interview outline was formulated based on literature review and research purposes.From March to May 2022,a total of 14 student cadres majoring in nursing in a university in Chongqing were selected as research objects.Data was collected by semi-structured interview and analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step method.Results A total of two themes were extracted,which were facilitators(perception of the severity of psychological problems,awareness of seeking help in campus psychological counseling,benefit experience of seeking help)and barriers factors(lack of mental health knowledge,poor trust in campus psychological counseling,limitation of psychological counseling appointment,and expectation of remote service).Conclusion The limited mental health knowledge,insufficient ability to perceive psychological problems and lack of trust in psychological counselors affect the willingness of student cadres to seek campus psychological counseling,and student leaders look forward to the implementation of different modes of counseling services.In the future,campus counselors should further strengthen the publicity and education of mental health knowledge among students,enhance their ability to perceive the severity of psychological issues,and carry out multimodal psychological counseling services to timely and effectively address students'mental health issues,thereby better promoting the mental health development of college students.
