新时代高校思想政治教育工作一体化育人体系研究

摘　　要：在国家教育改革持续推进的背景下,高校思想政治教育工作不仅要紧扣时代发展脉搏,更要与国家战略需求及社会现实相结合,推动教育模式不断创新,构建思想政治教育工作一体化育人体系。高校应推动思想政治教育队伍、内容、课程与空间的一体化建设,使思想政治教育不仅存在于课堂内,还借助实践教学、校园文化、网络空间等多种形式拓展范围,有效落实“三全育人”,全方位培养具有高尚道德情操、坚定理想信念、扎实理论基础和强烈社会责任感的高素质人才,助力新时代中国特色社会主义事业的发展与进步。Against the backdrop of the continuous promotion of national education reform,the ideological and political education work in universities should not only keep up with the pulse of the times,but also be combined with national strategic needs and social reality,promote continuous innovation in education models,and build an integrated education system for ideological and political education work.Universities should promote the integrated construction of the ideological and political education team,content,curriculum,and space,so that ideological and political education not only exists in the classroom,but also expands the scope through various forms such as practical teaching,campus culture,and cyberspace,effectively implementing the"three pronged education",comprehensively cultivating high-quality talents with noble moral character,firm ideals and beliefs,solid theoretical foundation,and strong sense of social responsibility,and assisting the development and progress of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
