摘  要:麻醉学科是医学的重要组成部分,基于岗位胜任力培养麻醉专业人才是促进“舒适医疗”发展的重要保障,合适有效的教学方法能够明显提升麻醉本科教育质量。在现阶段,以教师讲授为主的传统教学方法已不能满足医学教育发展的需要。基于问题的教学方法、混合式教学方法、虚拟现实技术及实践教学方法等多种教学方法的兴起和应用不仅促进了教学质量的提升,也培养学生逐步形成岗位胜任力所对应的能力和素质。然而,新兴教学方法在具体应用中也存在一定的局限性,多模式教学方法的应用虽然能够弥补单一教学方法的不足,实现学生“知识-能力-素质”协同培养,但在具体应用中仍需要依据教学内容进行有效设计,而教学效果评价模式的发展也将促进教学方法的改进和提升,致力于麻醉本科学生“岗位胜任力”的培养。Anesthesiology is an important component of medicine,cultivating anesthesia professionals based on job competency is an important guarantee for promoting the development of“comfortable medical treatment”.Appropriate and effective teaching methods can significantly improve the quality of anesthesia undergraduate education.At present,the traditional teaching method mainly based on teachers’lectures,which cannot meet the needs of the development of medical education.The rise and application of various teaching methods such as problem⁃based teaching,blended learning,virtual reality technology,and practical teaching not only promote the improvement of teaching quality,but also cultivate students’abilities and qualities required for job competence.However,emerging teaching methods also have certain limitations in practical applications.Although the application of multimodal teaching methods can make up for the shortcomings of single teaching methods and achieve the collaborative cultivation of students’knowledge⁃ability⁃quality,effective design based on teaching content is still needed in specific applications.The development of teaching effectiveness evaluation models will also promote the improvement and enhancement of teaching methods,and strive to cultivate the“job competence”of anesthesia undergraduates.
