摘 要:大学是许多人生活中的重要过渡时期。大学生经历了从高中到大学的转变,面临各种新的挑战和压力。安慰语有助于打破孤独感和隔阂,建立信任和积极的人际关系。本研究旨在探讨大学生在大学时期的心理问题,以及如何通过安慰来帮助他们提升情绪状态,从而改善心理健康。通过问卷法和访谈法相结合的方式,调查了高校大学生心理问题的具体内容,考查了高校教师在与学生沟通时的困难表现,并提出了安慰语策略分类和使用建议。分析结果表明,安慰语在大学教育中具有非常重要的价值。高校大学生心理问题主要表现为十个方面。针对大学生可使用的安慰语策略分为听取对方的感受、表达关心和支持、提供肯定和鼓励、提供帮助和建议、分享类似的经历和给予积极的反馈等六个方面。The university stage is an important transitional period in many people's lives.College students have undergone a transition from high school to university,facing various new challenges and pressures.comforting words can help break down feelings of loneliness and barriers,establish trust and positive interpersonal relationships.This study aims to explore the psychological problems exhibited by college students during their college years,and how comfort can help them improve their emotional state and thus improve their mental health.Through a combination of questionnaire and interview methods,the specific content of psychological problems among college students was investigated,and the difficulties faced by college teachers in communicating with students were examined.Suggestions for the classification and use of comfort language strategies were proposed.The analysis results indicate that comforting language has very important value in university education.The psychological problems of college students mainly manifest in ten aspects.The strategies for using comforting language for college students can be divided into six aspects:listening to the other person's feelings,expressing care and support,providing affirmation and encouragement,providing help and advice,sharing similar experiences,and giving positive feedback.
