摘 要:目的探讨形成性评价工具操作技能直接观察法(DOPS)结合多元化教学模式在康复医学科实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年4月在深圳市罗湖区人民医院康复医学科学习的26名康复治疗专业实习生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(13例)和对照组(13例)。观察组采用形成性评价工具DOPS联合多元化教学模式进行教学活动,对照组仅采用多元化教学模式进行教学活动。比较两组实习生的考试成绩、总体教学效果、临床操作技能等级考评、教学满意度。结果观察组的理论考试成绩、病历书写成绩、临床操作技能考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总体教学效果达优率(76.92%)高于对照组(30.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实习生的临床操作技能等级考评总优秀率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的各项教学满意度与总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论形成性评价工具DOPS联合多元化教学模式能够有效提高康复医学科实习生的理论知识、临床技能和综合能力,增强实习生的学习兴趣和主动性,促进师生间的良性互动,是一种值得推广的康复医学科实习带教模式。Objective To explore the application effect of formative assessment tool direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)combined with diversified teaching mode in the teaching of interns in rehabilitation medicine department.Methods From September 2022 to April 2023,a total of 26 rehabilitation interns who studied in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Luohu District People's Hospital in Shenzhen City were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(13 cases)and control group(13 cases).The observation group was given the formative assessment tool DOPS combined with diversified teaching mode for teaching activities,while the control group was only given diversified teaching mode for teaching activities.The examination results,overall teaching effect,clinical operation skill level evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination,medical record writing and clinical operation skills examination of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of overall teaching effect in the observation group(76.92%)was higher than that in the control group(30.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total excellent rate of clinical operation skills evaluation between the two groups(P>0.05).The teaching satisfaction and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The formative assessment tool DOPS combined with diversified teaching mode can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge,clinical skills and comprehensive ability of interns in rehabilitation medicine department,enhance their learning interest and initiative,and promote the positive interaction between teachers and students.It is a practica
