摘 要:进入21世纪第二个十年,校本课程建设进入“高原期”:模糊认识待清理,整体质量待提升,封闭思维待突破,形式化问题待解决,“小而全”误区待走出。当前校本课程建设走出“高原期”遇到难得机遇,核心素养培育为其明确了方向,课后服务为其提供了空间,新《课程方案》与《课程标准》实施为其提供了动力,教育高质量发展为其提供了目标,典型实践为其提供了范例。因而跨越“高原期”之策在于以核心素养为导向,瞄准校本课程育人目标;提高质量、打造精品,促进校本课程提档升级;贯彻课程改革新理念,实现校本课程结构与内容的全面优化;整合校内外资源,提升校本课程实施效果;协同创新,实现校本课程开发模式更新。In the second decade of the 21st century,the construction of school-based curriculum has entered a"plateau period",where vague understanding needs to be clarified,overall quality needs to be improved,closed thinking needs to be broken through,formal problems need to be solved,and the misconception of"small but comprehensive"needs to be overcome.Entering the third decade of the 21st century,the construction of school-based curriculum has emerged from the"plateau period"and encountered rare opportunities.The cultivation of core competencies has clarified the direction for it,after-school services provide a spacial vector for it,the implementation of the new"curriculum plan"and"standards"provides impetus,the high-quality development of education provides goals,and typical practices provide examples.The solution to overcoming difficulties lies in focusing on core competencies and aiming at the educational goals of school-based curriculum;Improving quality,creating high-quality products,and promoting the upgrading of schoolbased curriculum;Implementing the new concept of curriculum reform and achieving comprehensive optimization of school-based curriculum structure and contents;Integrating internal and external resources to enhance the effectiveness of school-based curriculum implementation;Updating the developmental pattern of school-based curriculum by means of collaborative innovation.
