摘　　要：粮食安全广受社会关注,粮食在收储过程中容易受到真菌毒素污染。为保障粮食安全,对通辽地区新收获玉米粮食真菌毒素污染情况进行客观、准确调研,提出有效防范措施,为今后真菌毒素预防措施的推广提供理论依据。Food security has been widely concerned by the society,and the grain is easily polluted by mycotoxins during the process of collection and storage.In order to ensure food security,an objective and accurate investigation was conducted on the mycotoxin contamination of newly harvested corn in Tongliao area,and effective preventive measures were proposed to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of mycotoxin prevention measures in the future.
