摘  要:傅葆琛是民国时期重要的乡村教育家。通过剖析傅葆琛乡村教育思想的根本旨趣、发展进路及价值归依,挖掘其乡村教育思想中呈现的“人本主义”色彩,可以弥合长期以来以“离农”与“为农”为焦点的乡村教育价值取向之争。傅葆琛的“人本主义”乡村教育思想中所呈现的乡村人民“在场”,以乡村教育促进“城乡合作共济”,“人的发展”与“社会进步”的价值统合等思想对促进我国当代乡村教育发展具有重要的启示意义。Fu Baochen was an very important rural educator during the period of the Republic of China.This study tries to analyze the fundamental purpose,development path,and value orientation of Fu Baochen's rural education thought,and explore the“humanism”presented,which bridges the debate on the value of rural education that is“away from agriculture”or“for agriculture”.At the same time,this study believes that the ideas presented in Fu Baochen's“humanism”rural education ideology,such as the“presence”of rural people in the entire process of rural education,the promotion of“urban-rural cooperation and mutual aid”through rural education,and the value integration of“human development”and“social progress”,have important implications for the development of rural education in contemporary China.
