摘 要:课例研修是一种能够充分发挥理论学习、专业引领、同伴互助和教学反思之意义与价值的教师专业发展研修方式,并具有研修主题或专题的实践性、研修主体的自主性、研修过程的合作性、研修成果的综合性等基本特征;其一般过程主要是从困惑或疑难开始、从理论学习中借用理性、从教学反思中启发智慧、从实际调研中明确问题、从设计方案中尝试改进、从“一课三上”中落实设计、从“课前课后研讨”中改进教学设计、从“课例撰写”中提升素养;其前提条件主要有参与主体的自觉自愿、学校制度的建设与完善、相应组织的建构与保障、必要条件的准备等。Lesson study is a kind of teacher professional development research method that can give full play to the significance and value of theoretical learning,professional guidance,peer assistance and teaching reflection.It has some basic characteristics,such as the practicality of the research theme or topic,the uniformity of the research subject,the cooperation of the research process and the comprehensiveness of the research results.The general process mainly starts from confusion or difficulty,borrows rationality from theoretical learning,inspires wisdom from teaching reflection,defines problems from practical research,tries to improve from design scheme,implements design from“one lesson and three lessons”,improves teaching design from“discussion before and after class”,and improves literacy from“lesson writing”.The prerequisite is the voluntary participation of the main body,the construction and perfection of the school system,the construction and guarantee of the corresponding organization,and the preparation of the necessary conditions.
