摘  要:针对电动汽车在换挡过程中的稳定性能,提出一种新型H无穷大换挡控制策略。在电动汽车变速器动力传动系统的结构和工作原理基础上,根据拉格朗日方程推导了动力传动系统的数学模型。考虑到外部负载变化、驱动电机转矩波动以及模型不匹配等外部干扰的影响,在换挡过程中提出了一种鲁棒H无穷大控制器来减小车辆的抖动和离合器滑动能量损失。该控制器与传统PID控制器的对比仿真结果表明,两种控制器在无扰动情况下均表现良好,而在抗外部扰动方面,所提H无穷大控制器更能减少不确定性或干扰时的抖动和滑动能量损失,具有更优越的换挡鲁棒性能。Aiming at the stable performance of electric vehicles during shifting,a new H-infinity shifting control strategy is pro⁃posed.Based on the structure and working principle of the electric vehicle transmission power transmission system,the mathemati⁃cal model of the power transmission system is deduced according to the Lagrange equation.Taking into account the influence of ex⁃ternal disturbances such as external load changes,drive motor torque fluctuations and model mismatches,In the process of shift⁃ing,a robust H-infinity controller is proposed to reduce vehicle jitter and clutch slip energy loss.The comparison simulation results of the controller and the traditional PID controller show that the two controllers perform well under the condition of no disturbance,and in terms of anti-external disturbance,the proposed H-infinity controller can reduce uncertainty or disturbance.The jitter and sliding energy loss have better gear shifting robustness.
