摘 要:在健康中国“以人民健康为中心”的价值理念和“新医科”国家战略的背景下,“以学生为中心,以高阶能力培养为目标”对内科护理学进行持续性的课程创新建设,探索出“创新复合型人才培养和社会需求相统一、知识技能传授与人文素质教育相统一、理论与实践相统一、学校育人与基地育人相统一、系统化教育与个性化教育相统一,融入整体护理观、价值塑造、人文关怀、学科前沿,培养学生的高阶性思维”为特色的内科护理学教学创新实践模式,人才培养质量获得行业高度认可,课程建设成果丰硕,教学团队能力提升。本教学创新模式实现了多学科交叉、医工跨界融合,助力培养层次高、专业精的复合型护理人才。In the context of the value concept of"focus on people's health"and the national strategy of"new medical science"of Health China,the continuous curriculum innovation construction of Medical Nursing is carried out with"student-centered and high-level ability training as the goal".The innovative practice mode of Medical Nursing teaching is explored,which is characterized by"the unity of innovative compound talent training with social needs,the unity of knowledge and skills imparting with humanistic quality education,the unity of theory and practice,the unity of school education and base education,the unity of systematic education and personalized education,the integration of overall nursing concept,value shaping,humanistic care,and discipline frontier,and the cultivation of students'higher-order thinking".The quality of talent training has been highly recognized by the industry,the results of curriculum construction are fruitful,and the ability of teaching team has been improved.This teaching innovation mode realizes the cross-disciplinary and cross-boundary integration of medical industry,and helps cultivate high-level and professional compound nursing talents.
