应用型高校大学日语混合式教学模式探究

摘　　要：为了适应发展新质生产力的要求,大学日语课程需要不断更新教学理念和方法,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的日语人才,这对日语人才的知识储备、技能水平、创新精神和实践能力以及综合素养等方面都提出了更高的要求。本文通过深入剖析应用型高校日语专业的教学现状以及面对的问题,提出一系列有针对性的建议:高校日语专业亟待在人才培养模式上进行革新,更新教学手段,加强教学管理,通过实施混合式教学更好地满足社会进步与企业变革对应用型日语人才的迫切需求。In order to meet the requirements of new quality productive forces,college Japanese courses need to constantly update teaching concepts and methods,and train Japanese talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.In terms of knowledge reserve,skill level,innovative spirit,practical ability and comprehensive quality,it is difficult for Japanese talent to fully meet the pulse of social development and the needs of economic growth.This paper aims to deeply analyze the difficulties and current situation of Japanese majors in applicationoriented local colleges and universities,and then put forward a series of targeted suggestions.It is urgent for Japanese majors in local colleges and universities to innovate the talent training mode,optimize the curriculum,update the teaching methods,and actively explore new ways of external communication.Through the adjustment of online and offline mixed teaching,it is expected to better meet the urgent demand for applied Japanese talents in social progressand enterprisereform.
