摘  要:目的从培养中西医结合临床人才相关问题出发,构建九年制中西医临床医学专业学生核心能力体系。方法运用文献研究法、半结构访谈法、质化内容分析法,通过“开放式编码—主轴式编码—选择式编码”的扎根理论编码程序,初步构建九年制中西医临床医学专业学生核心能力体系。采用德尔菲法和层次分析法完善体系,确认各项核心能力权重。结果在初步构建阶段,建立包含4个一级指标、13个二级指标、35个三级指标的九年制中西医临床医学专业学生核心能力体系。在修订完善阶段,遴选24名从事相关工作10年以上的中西医结合临床、科研、教育等专家进行咨询。两轮咨询的专家权威系数分别为0.93、0.96,问卷回收率均为100%。根据专家咨询反馈,结合课题组讨论,最终确立包括专业基础、社会协调、人文素养、自我发展在内的4个一级指标、10个二级指标、33个三级指标,形成中西医临床医学专业学生核心能力体系。结论构建的九年制中西医临床医学专业学生核心能力体系体现了“专博兼顾、中西融通”的专业培养特色,具有良好的合理性和科学性。Objective To develop a core competency framework for students in the nine-year program specializing in the of integrative medicine,addressing the key issues in the development of clinical professionals within this field.Methods Methods of literature research,semi-structured interview and qualitative content analysis aided by the grounded theory coding program of“Open,Axial and Selective Coding”were adopted to preliminarily construct core competency framework for nine-year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of integrative medicine.The Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to refine the framework and to confirm the weight of each core competency.Results In the preliminary construction stage,a core competency system of these students were constructed,including 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 35 third-level indicators.In the revision and refinement stage,24 experts with over 10-year experience in the clinical practice,scientific research,and education of integrative medicine were selected for consultation.The expert authority coefficients for two rounds of consultation were 0.93 and 0.96,respectively,with a questionnaire return rate of 100%for both rounds.Based on expert feedback and discussions within the research team,the final system was established,comprising 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 33 third-level indicators,covering professional foundation,social coordination,humanistic literacy,and self-development,thus forming the core competency framework.Conclusions The constructed core competency framework for nine-year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of integrative medicine embodies the specialty training characteristics of“balancing between specialization and comprehensiveness,and integrating Chinese and Western medicine”,which is scientific and rational.
