摘 要:中国特有的教育家精神作为教育领域的一面旗帜,是引领思政课教师成长与发展的重要指南,对于思政课教师核心素养的提升有重要作用。以教育家精神涵育思政课教师,能够有效促使思政课教师兼顾“小我”与“大我”间的价值选择,体现“经师”与“人师”的双重身份,达成“启蒙者”与“乐教者”的一致追求,完成“德”“艺”“言”“行”的多维要求。充分发挥教育家精神涵育思政课教师的作用,应秉承“师志”,坚守“为党育人、为国育才”的初心使命;应弘扬“师风”,进一步赓续弘扬崇文尚教、为学善教的优良传统;应坚守“师德”,发扬教师教书育人的第一职责;应锻造“师艺”,提升教育教学业务能力。The spirit of educators unique to China,as a banner in the field of education,is an important guide for the growth and development of teachers of ideological and political courses,and plays an important role in enhancing their core competencies.Guiding teachers of ideological and political courses with the spirit of educators can effectively encourage them to balance the value choices between the“small dream of oneself”and the“big mission of the whole nation”,reflect their dual identities as“scholarly instructors”and“virtuous mentors”,achieve the consistent pursuit of“enlighteners”and“enthusiastic educators”,and meet the multidimensional requirements of“morality”,“skills”,“words”,and“deeds”.To give full play to the role of cultivating teachers of ideological and political courses with the spirit of educators,we should uphold the“teacher’s aspiration”,firmly adhere to the original mission of“educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the country”;we should promote the“teaching style”,further carry forward and continue the fine tradition of advocating culture,emphasizing education,and being good at learning and teaching;we should adhere to the principle of“teacher ethics”,shoulder the the primary responsibility of teachers to impart knowledge and educate people;we should forge“teacher skills”and enhance our professional abilities of teaching.
