摘　　要：阐述区块链技术在人力资源管理系统中的应用,包括信息安全、招聘流程优化、社会福利分发自动化等方面。通过区块链技术在实践案例中的应用分析,探讨实际效果以及其潜在优势和挑战,并提出推广和应用建议,以促进区块链技术在人力资源中的更广泛应用。This paper expounds the application of blockchain technology in human resource management systems,including information security,recruitment process optimization,and automation of social welfare distribution.It analyzes the application of blockchain technology in practical cases,explores the actual effects,potential advantages and challenges,and proposes promotion and application suggestions to promote the wider application of blockchain technology in human resources.
