摘 要:我国高校现行的传统教学评价方式具有一定局限性。教学档案袋以其全面性和反思性有望为教学评定和教师能力提升提供新思路。统计、比较和总结了境外13个教学档案袋的建设思路和主要指标,并提出分类方式揭示各个指标的内涵,进而分析了不同学校对教学档案袋内容的侧重和期待。进一步地,讨论了教学档案袋的优劣以及教师对教学档案袋的认知反馈,并以清华大学能源与动力工程系为例探索了我国教学档案袋应用的初步策略。The traditional methods of teaching evaluation in the higher education of China face notable limitations,particularly in their capacity to comprehensively and accurately assess teaching quality and promote teacher development..The teaching portfolio,with their emphasis on comprehensiveness and reflectivity,have emerged as a promising alternative for improving teaching evaluation and enhancing teacher competencies.This work systematically reviewed the construction processes and main indicators of 13teaching portfolios,proposed a classification method to reveal the connotation of each indicator,and compared the emphases and expectations among different teaching portfolios.Further,this work discussed the advantages and limitations of teaching portfolios and incorporated feedback from teachers regarding their practical application.Finally,taking the department of energy and power engineering of Tsinghua University as an example,this work explored the application strategies for integrating the teaching portfolio into the context of Chinese higher education.
