摘 要:以乙烯—乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)为基膜材料,分别添加2%丁香精油、2%葡萄籽精油和1%丁香精油+1%葡萄籽精油为活性成分,采用挤出吹塑法制备活性保鲜薄膜,并在4±1℃冷藏条件下考察圣女果的失重率、VC含量、硬度、烂果率、可滴定酸含量等鲜度指标。结果表明,含有1%丁香精油和1%葡萄籽精油的活性薄膜保鲜效果最好,在12 d储藏期内烂果率比对照组降低了55.5%。该薄膜具有较强的阻隔性,能够抑制微生物繁殖和有机质氧化,保鲜效果较好。The active preservation film was prepared by extrusion and blow molding method using ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH)as the base film material,adding 2% clove essential oil,2% grape seed essential oil and 1% clove essential oil+1% grape seed essential oil as the active ingredients,respectively.The weight loss rate,VC content,hardness,rotten fruit rate,titratable acid content and other freshness indexes of cherry tomatoes were investigated under 4±1℃refrigeration conditions.The results showed that the active film containing 1% clove essential oil and 1% grape seed essential oil had the best preservation effect,and the rotten fruit rate decreased by 55.5% compared with the control group during 12 days of storage.The film has strong barrier property,can inhibit the reproduction of microorganisms and organic matter oxidation,and has good preservation effect.
