摘 要:在新质生产力背景下,培养现场工程师不仅是优化职业教育类型定位的必然选择,也是驱动企业数智化转型的强劲引擎。当前,职业院校在培养现场工程师的过程中,面临着缺乏多方协同的现场工程实践场域、尚未构建高效联动的现场工程实践项目开发路径、缺乏与产业岗位需求高度适配的现场工程人才评价模式等现实阻滞。新质生产力背景下职业院校现场工程师高质量培养的靶向路径是:以现场工程场域建设为载体,共议现场工程师产科教联合培养框架;以结构化教师团队为后盾,共商现场工程实践项目开发路径;以高质量人才评价为抓手,共筑现场工程师人才培养闭环管理模式。In the context of new-quality productivity,cultivating on-site engineers is not only an inevitable choice to optimize the positioning of vocational education types,but also a powerful engine to drive the digital transformation of enterprises. Currently,vocational colleges are facing practical obstacles in the process of cultivating on-site engineers,such as the lack of multi-party collaborative on-site engineering practice fields,the absence of an efficient and interconnected development path for on-site engineering practice projects,and the lack of a highly adapted on-site engineering talent evaluation model to meet the needs of industrial positions. The targeted path to high-quality training of on-site engineers in vocational colleges under the background of new-quality productivity is as follows:using on-site engineering field construction as a carrier to jointly discuss the cooperation framework of production-science-education integration for on-site engineers,taking a structured team of teachers as a support to jointly discuss the development path of on-site engineering practice projects,and taking high-quality talent evaluation as a start to jointly build a closed-loop management mode for the talent training of on-site engineers.
