高校思想政治教育赋能新质生产力发展的逻辑与路径

摘　　要：发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展和实现中国式现代化的关键之举,新型劳动者是新质生产力发展的主体性因素。高校思想政治教育能够动态贴合时代发展带来的劳动者需求变迁,通过培育新型劳动者,赋能新质生产力的发展。马克思主义关于人的本质理论和生产力理论是高校思想政治教育赋能新质生产力发展的理论依据,要从唯物史观的学理上把握高校思想政治教育的精神引领功能、技术支持功能、行为导向功能和环境营造功能,以优化高校思想政治教育内容结构、构建本硕博思政课一体化培养体系、打造政产学合作的思想政治教育模式等路径,加强释放高校思想政治教育价值,建立高校思想政治教育赋能新质生产力发展的长效机制。The development of new-quality productivity is the key to promoting high-quality development and realizing Chinese modernization,and new-type workers are the subject factor in the development of new-quality productivity. Ideological and political education in universities can dynamically adapt to the changes of worker demand brought about by the development of the times,and empower the development of new-quality productivity by cultivating new-type workers. Marxist theory of human nature and productivity theory are the theoretical basis for the development of new-quality productivity enabled by ideological and political education in universities. We should grasp the spiritual leading function, technical support function, behavior oriented function and environment building function of ideological and political education in universities from the perspective of historical materialism to strengthen the release of the value of ideological and political education in universities and establish a long-term mechanism for the development of new-quality productivity enabled by ideological and political education in universities by means of optimizing the content structure of ideological and political education in universities,establishing an integrated training system of ideological and political courses for undergraduates,masters and doctors,and building an ideological and political education mode of government-industry-university cooperation.
