摘　　要：办好思想政治理论课关键在教师,而“政治要强”是思政课教师的首要素养、时代要求、鲜亮本色、政治灵魂,“政治要强”的主要表征为政治信念要强、政治立场要强、政治人格要强、政治纪律要强、政治职责要强。要实现“政治要强”,新时代思政课教师要始终以正确的政治方向为保证、以深厚的理论修养为前提、以高度的政治自觉为导向、以强大的政治能力为保证、以多样的实践体验为抓手,更好地发挥铸魂育人、立德树人的引领作用。The key to running the ideological and political theory course well is the teacher,and “strong politics” is the primary quality,the requirements of the times,bright nature and political soul of the ideological and political teachers. “Strong politics” is mainly characterized by strong political belief,strong political position,strong political personality,strong political discipline,and strong political responsibility. To achieve “strong politics”,new era ideological and political teachers should always take the correct political direction as the guarantee,the profound theoretical cultivation as the premise,a high degree of political consciousness as the guidance,the strong political ability as the guarantee,and a variety of practical experience as the starting point,so as to better play the leading role of soul building and moral education.
