产教融合视域下视障生终身职业发展课程体系建设路径研究——以中职中医(推拿)专业为例

摘  要:终身职业发展是实现视障学生较为充分且高质量就业的必由路径,产教融合是促进教学与实际职业需求之间紧密衔接的重要手段。通过对当前视障学生职业发展挑战进行分析,在产教融合视域下积极整合校企双方优势资源,从校企共商人才培养模式、校企共建专业课程资源、校企共构实践教学体系、校企共组优质双师队伍、校企共担教学质量保障五个方面探索中职视障生中医(推拿)专业课程体系建设路径,为该专业产教融合改革提供一种新的思路。Lifetime vocational development is the necessary path for visually impaired students to achieve relatively full and high-quality employment,and industry-education integration is an important means to promote a close connection between teaching and actual vocational demands.By analyzing the current challenges in the vocational development of visually impaired students,and actively integrating the advantageous resources of both schools and enterprises from the perspective of industry-education integration,this paper explores the construction path of the curriculum system for the Chinese Medicine(Massage)major for secondary vocational visually impaired students from five aspects:joint discussion on talent training models by schools and enterprises,joint construction of specialized curriculum resources by schools and enterprises,joint establishment of a practical teaching system by schools and enterprises,joint formation of a high-quality dual-teacher team by schools and enterprises,and joint responsibility for teaching quality assurance by schools and enterprises.This provides a new approach for the reform of industry-education integration in this major.
