摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会提出,“加快构建职普融通、产教融合的职业教育体系”,进一步聚焦了现代职业教育体系构建的关键矛盾,提出了职业教育助力教育强国建设的核心问题与主要任务,是教育强国“六大基本特质”对职业教育改革发展的基本要求。“职普关系”与“产教关系”是职业教育改革的两对主要关系,职业教育改革发展中的诸多瓶颈问题都与其密切相关。职业教育改革应锚定两对关系,瞄准在融合融通中革新人才培养模式,促进教育、科技、人才一体化改革,打造提升创新体系效能的硬链环,面向中国式现代化,在服务社会主义现代化强国建设中发挥更大作用。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the construction of a vocational education system that integrates vocational education with general education as well as industry and education,which further focuses on the key contradictions in the construction of a modern vocational education system,and puts forward the core issues and main tasks of vocational education to assist in the construction of a powerful education country.It is the basic requirements for vocational education reform and development to meet the"six basic characteristics"of a powerful education country.The relationship between vocational and general education and between industry and education are two main relationships in the reform of vocational education.The reform of vocational education should aim to innovate the talent training mode in the integration,promote the integrated reform of education,science and technology,create a hard link to improve the overall efficiency of the innovation chain,face Chinese-style modernization,and play a greater role in serving the construction of a modern socialist power.
